Paper Play, Gelli Plate printing on Specialty papers - The Art Pad, Bath
Saturday August 22nd
9.30 am to 11.30 am
Printing texture on paper is like magic. Discover gelli plate printing - a versatile type of mono printing that uses a flexible plate to create layers of incredible texture and colour - and create your own unique art papers, ideal for a variety of craft and fine art projects, such as multimedia art, collage, and journaling. Experiment with printing on different paper types and learn an abundance of techniques to create texture in your preferred colours. Take home one-of-a-kind printed papers to inspire your creativity.
Different paper types bring different qualities to the print.

Wet-strength tissue paper
Book papers
Rice paper
Newsprint
Card stock
